Joe Pugliese is the Managing Director of BlackPoint Partners, LLC and brings over 15 years of highly successful experience in sales, recruitment and consulting services to the firm. Joe began his career working with Logic Network Solutions, a consulting firm that specialized in placing top engineering talent on technical projects throughout the Southern California area. Joe went on to have a very successful sales career at both Sun Microsystems and VERITAS Software where he focused on early stage venture-backed companies in the Silicon Valley.

As a result of this success, Joe has been able to formulate long lasting relationships with emerging technology companies in the Bay Area. Joe continuously pays close attention to detail and works diligently to ensure the highest quality throughout the sales and search process. Joe's strong analytical skills makes him a valuable problem-solving resource for any company or candidate. Joe offers practical, well thought-out solutions for his clients.

Joe received his BA from California State University of Long Beach and is currently in the process of obtaining his MBA. Joe spends his spare time with his wife Kari and his two sons Nicholas and Giovanni.

Kari Pugliese is the Controller and manages the daily operations of BlackPoint Partners. Kari brings over 10 years experience in both human resources and office management. Kari graduated from University of California at Santa Barbara with a BA in Law and Society.

Isyrose Surriga is a Research Analyst for BlackPoint Partners. Isyrose is responsible for the firm's Internet research and data. Isyrose supports the needs of the team to ensure quality and research expertise throughout the search process.

Isyrose graduated from Adamson college with a BS in Computer Science.
